By booking the Neptune Private Room at Jupiter, you agree to the following terms:
Deposit & Booking Confirmation: A $100 deposit is required to secure your Neptune Private Room booking. This deposit will be credited toward your final bill. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation.
Minimum Spending: Bookings require a minimum food and beverage spend of $500. A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. Your security deposit will be credited to your bill.
Event Timing & Room Turnover: Please respect your scheduled reservation times. All members of your party must arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time. We require sufficient time after your event to clean and reset the room for future bookings. The full bill for the event must be paid at least 15 min before the scheduled end of reservation. Events running over the agreed time may incur additional charges and will be asked to vacate the room.
Please understand that there are limited table configurations based on your party size.
